Shipping policy

All of our products are made to order in China.

Once you place your order, we will allow 1-2 days for processing. After that, our team members will complete each product at the factory. During times of high demand (such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Black Friday, Mother's Day, holidays), your product may take up to 7 days or even longer to be produced.

After that, it will be shipped from our factory in China, and the product will be delivered by UPS or USPS and arrive within 10-15 days under normal customs clearance. In case of abnormal customs clearance, it may take 15 to 35 days to arrive.
